Recruitment and placement procedure
- Full Terms of Service will be sent on email on confirmation of job spec.
- Initiating the interview process and/or employing a candidate referred by Equine Services SA confirms agreement to all placement Terms of Service. The placement fee is applicable irrespective of whether a client hires the person, temporarily or permanently, for their own use or introduces the candidate to another employer within six months of the referral date.
- Placement fees are a once-off payment, payable within fourteen (14) days from invoice to validate placement guarantees.
- Placements carry a 90-day guarantee with a rebate or replacement structure in place. No placement guarantee offered on candidates earning R8000 or less.
- Fees are calculated on the basis of a percentage of the permanent monthly salary (with the exception of candidates on commission only packages).
- Conditional on the employer exercising fair and acceptable initiation and labour practice as per the Basic Conditions of Employment Act and Labour Relations Act – a replacement candidate will be sought should an employee placed by Equine Services SA leave of their own volition, or have their employment terminated within the 90-day guarantee period due to their inability to fulfill the competencies of the role. A request for a replacement candidate must be made within 48 hours of the candidate’s last working day.
